Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Sports Official, LLC. We are committed to delivering your order quickly and safely.

1. Order Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and U.S. holidays).

Note: Orders placed after 2:00 pm (CST) will be processed on the next business day. If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by an additional 1-2 days.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer Standard Shipping and Expedited Shipping. For orders that have a subtotal (not including sales tax) of $150.00 or more, a discount (maximum $15.00) will be applied to Standard shipping.

3. Shipment Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). Your tracking number will be active and trackable within 24 hours.

4. International Shipping

We currently do not ship internationally.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Sports Official, LLC is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order.

5. Damages & Lost Packages

Sports Official, LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping, including lost packages due to incorrect shipping addresses. If you received your order damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods to file a claim directly with the shipment carrier.
